Our literacy program supports community-based literacy programs that benefit children, youth, adults, families, schools, and communities living on the west coast of Vancouver Island in the respective ha-houlthee (territory) of hiškʷiiʔatḥ (Hesquiaht First Nation), ʕaaḥuusʔatḥ (Ahousaht), ƛaʔuukʷiʔatḥ (Tla-o-qui-aht First Nations), Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ Government (Ucluelet First Nation), and tukʷaaʔatḥ (Toquaht Nation). We are funded by Decoda Literacy Solutions - BC's Literacy organization and our work is guided by the Central West Coast Dual Language Literacy Plan (link to document).
