One-on-one and group support for individuals and their loved ones facing end of life, grief, debilitating illness or injury, including caregiver support. Hospice libraries at the Tofino Hospice office and Westcoast Community Resources Society.
Provides assessment, treatment, and case management for adults dealing with chronic mental health and/or addiction issues. Physician or self referral, services in Tofino, Ahousaht and Ucluelet.
Assists families with a special needs child: medical, cognitive, physical, behavioural, language, or requiring extra supports to attend daycare. Ages 0-13, consultation and service no charge.
24 hour line provided by the BC Centre for Disease Control.
Provides recorded information regarding modes of transmission, signs and symptoms, testing, treatment and prevention.
